The Atlanta Falcons secured their first win of the season in a thrilling Monday Night Football matchup, edging out the Philadelphia Eagles 22-21.

          

Down by six with 1:39 remaining in the fourth quarter, Kirk Cousins led the Falcons on a game-winning 70-yard drive, culminating in a touchdown pass to wide receiver Drake London, shocking the Philadelphia crowd.

The Eagles had one last chance to regain the lead, but Jalen Hurts’ deep pass to DeVonta Smith was intercepted by Falcons safety Jessie Bates, sealing the victory. The game featured six lead changes in an intense back-and-forth battle.

Philadelphia had a chance to secure the game with an 18-15 lead late in the fourth quarter. However, running back Saquon Barkley dropped a crucial third-and-3 pass that would have been a first down. The Eagles were forced to settle for a short field goal, leaving Atlanta with a chance to rally with under two minutes left.
