Jey Uso Captures the Intercontinental Championship
It took 14 years, but Jey Uso has finally captured his first singles title in WWE.
After spending over a decade dominating the tag team division alongside his brother Jimmy, Jey transitioned to singles competition following his exit from The Bloodline. Moving to Monday Night Raw, he set out to prove himself on his own, facing both challenges and triumphs along the way, but remaining incredibly popular with the fans.
His journey led him to a tournament win, earning a shot at Bron Breakker’s Intercontinental Championship. Despite Breakker's dominant reign, Jey defied the odds.
Critics have pointed out that Jey’s singles matches haven’t always delivered, particularly his bout with Jimmy at WrestleMania. But after his performance in Raw’s main event, where he and Breakker tore the house down in front of an electric crowd, that narrative may change.
As the show closed, Jey celebrated his victory, marking a major milestone in his career.
What a ride it’s been! here....
